DataQuest Europe use a telephone survey where we talk directly to thousands of consumers everyday asking them questions about their lifestyle and buying habits. We opt them into the company’s brands that sponsor their question. From there using this methodology, we have created a database of information on millions of consumers all over the UK, that can be used by companies that want to market their product/services to their specific target audience that we can create using our wealth of gathered intelligence and knowledge on a large proportion of the consumers across the country. It all starts with raw data which are lists of consumers on the electoral role and by using our intelligent scripting we gather a large amount of information on each consumer, making our clients direct marketing campaigns as targeted and successful as they can possibly be.
All data captured is captured with a positive opt-in, which is asked at the very beginning of each and every call. All consumers are informed that we intend to pass on their details to our partners and will only be sold on to our clients if they give us a positive response.

Using our off shore call centre that we own, we are currently generating between 1500 and 2000 completed surveys everyday. Once the data is collected it is sent to our Hull office where our quality control department make sure the completed surveys that have been collected are kept to our very high standards by randomly calling consumers making sure all of the lead generation was carried out accurately and correctly. We collect up to 30 variables on each consumer that can be used as appends to make your campaigns are even more targeted.
